How do I schedule a pickup?
You can schedule a pickup through our website booking form, by calling 587-804-9266, or through our mobile app. We offer same-day pickup if scheduled before 2 PM, and you can also schedule recurring pickups for your convenience.
What is your turnaround time?
Standard turnaround is 24-48 hours for wash & fold and 2-3 days for dry cleaning. We also offer same-day service for urgent requests (additional fees apply). Express 2-hour service is available for business clients.
Do you offer contactless pickup and delivery?
Yes, we offer completely contactless service. You can leave your laundry in a designated location, and we'll pick it up and return it without direct contact. Payment is handled online, and you'll receive notifications throughout the process.

How much does laundry service cost?
Our wash & fold service starts at $2.50 per pound with a $25 minimum order. Dry cleaning prices vary by garment type. We offer volume discounts for larger orders and commercial accounts. Free pickup and delivery is included with all orders over $35.
How do I pay for services?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and e-transfer. Payment is processed securely online when you place your order. We also offer account billing for commercial clients and subscription services.
